Everyone loves the “Before” and “After” pictures. Those are all well and good, but I will can never forget the “between” shots. It took time, support, hard work, and perseverance to lose 70 pounds, and transform my health. And now every day I work for the “Still.” Sometimes I think that one is the hardest of them all.
I had a similar weight lose in 2011. I would have to agree the “still” is the most challenging of all. I wish you the best and God bless.
I have been where you are several times. I would suggest that a beard makes you look even slimmer. With a beard at 260 is a slimmer look than you clean-shaven at 250. But really, it’s your choice. Good work. It is a wonderful thing to lose that weight. All the best to you in the days to come!
You are my hero!
Best Wishes as you continue your healthier you-journey
Good Job Robb! Say hello to your girls, miss you at CUMC— Dennis(meaghans dad)
Kim – Wow, thanks. I hope you have also read my posts about the times I struggle. I can’t help but feel like you deserve better heroes – but thanks, that is really nice of you to say.
Kathy – Thank you. I can’t tell you how much the support of readers like you means to me. You inspire me to keep going, and hold me accountable.
Dennis – Chenoa will always be a special place for us. Especially as long a couple of red-headed girls and their little brother are there!
Haha – no worries, I know what you mean. Let’s just say I have a lot of respect for you in putting it all out there publicly – the struggles and the successes. It’s very encouraging to read from a “if he can do it, I can do it” perspective.
